What are your payment options?

We Accept almost all forms of payment with PayPal, Bank Transfers and Credit Card being our major payment methods. Our other Payment alternatives are Bank Transfers and Crypto Payment. Our first payment option is Credit card, we often ask payment PayPal when our monthly limit for taking payments via Credit card is exceeded.

What are your payment policies?

Before payment, we ensure that a sales agreement that secures the buyers funds and the sellers Parrot and ensures that a good purchase practice is observed throughout the buying and selling process. should any party do any kind of unclear move, special sanctions will be applied officially. We ensure that our payments are done the official way, we provide an order invoice that carries our letter head, and all payment details you need to make a successful payment. We assure all our clients nothing but the best services, once we confirm payment for a client order, we will ship and deliver at the desired address of the recipient.

Is it safe buying from Lyndsay’s Aviary?

YES, WE ARE 100% SAFE.

  1. Before the buyer completes his/her Payment, a solid and legal official pet sales agreement is signed between us and the said buyer. this document potentially protects both pet seller and buyer to ensure that non is cheated and that the parrot is received in a very healthy condition with an extended 7 days health guarantee.

SHUKA VANA is a home for more than 2000 high quality birds of different species and has taken an award from Guinness book of record. they will not partner with us if we did not have a clear record and staying in progress to give our customers the best satisfaction seen anywhere.

Most of our new customers are those that have been referred to us, this alone tells you that we are in the fashion of standing by our promise of making sure that you receive exactly what you paid for. Please take some time to ask more question from your referrer, we understand that a few customers of ours may say we did not deliver exactly in time as stipulated on flight arrival time. We are generally always very sorry for situations like that that are fully not in our control. sometimes due to a transit delay but mostly this happens with pets that has been paid for home delivery. Most often it takes extra time (not more than 40 Minutes) to drive and locate the true delivery address. Please we continue to do everything to avoid situations like this.
  6. Also, we assure you that the risk of paying your money and receiving a sick or different bird instead of what you really wanted is not in our fashion or practice.
How do i receive my parrot?

We of course prefer our local buyers (buyers who are about 1 hour drive away) to visit our farm for pickup, if you live more than 1 hour drive away from our location, we prefer to take care of the shipping arrangements because we have partnered with the best 4 professional pet transport agencies that have been carefully selected to work with us for the delivery of our birds to their new homes. Depending on how you want your parrot delivered to you, you can either pick up the parrot from your closes and most convenient airport or have our delivery agent bring the parrot right to your doorsteps.

Are there any unforeseen charges?

NO! There are no unforeseen or hidden charges, you are told from the start of the purchase what you have to pay to have your parrot(s) delivered to you without any hitches. We do not take our customers unaware on anything.

Are there any extra charges apart from the parrot price?

How long will it take for me to receive my parrot?

Since we offer an extended 7 days health guarantee, we always conduct a fresh health check on every parrot that must be shipped out, and this is done immediately after payment. this exercise alone takes up to 2 to 3 hours depending on our ship out load, we shall be needing another 24 hours to have the parrot delivered to any major airport within United States. So, in total, the full delivery duration stands at a maximum of 27 hours.

How long does health Guarantee last? ?

Since we have 100% control over the bird’s environment at our store but have no control over the bird once it leaves, we can only guarantee the bird for the first 7 days. We guarantee that when the bird leaves our farm, it has been properly examined that it is 100% healthy. Your new bird has been given an excellent start here at our farm, and it is now your responsibility to properly care for your bird. We are always here to help you take the best care of your bird with the biggest variety and best quality bird products available in the world.

How do i track my shipment?

Once payment is confirmed, and sales agreement signed by us (seller) and you (the buyer). We shall proceed further with the health confirmation of the parrot and a shipping arrangement, once this is done, we shall provide you all the shipping arrangements details which includes the tracking number which can be used to check the exact location of your parrot in the process of the shipment and the shipping reservation that uncovers the pickup time, departure time and delivery time as well.

Do you offer the best health guarantee?

We cannot boast of have the strongest parrot health guarantee in the country, but we assure you that we have one of the best guarantees for the health of our birds considering that we give them a fresh health check before they are shipped out, if anything is noticed, we shall do the needful including treatment and vaccination. should the parrot ensure any kind of fracture after payment, the situation is reported to the buyer immediately for either a full refund or replacement. More importantly, we stand behind our guaranteed statement. The guarantee is simple: We guarantee that we are selling you a perfectly healthy bird. To verify that guarantee, within five days you need to go to an Avian Vet and get any testing you prefer to do on your bird, at your expense. We can guide you as to the tests we suggest. If the results are not perfect but the bird can be easily treated, then we pay for all medications and all treatment. If the results are unacceptable then we either replace your bird or refund 100% of the purchase price of your bird, at our option.

Do you ship out of the United States

YES, we do ship to specific countries out of the United States. We keep upgrading but as of now, we do not ship to every country. Kindly verify with us if you are out of the United States before placing your order. We will coordinate flight times with our customer in advance before the bird is being shipped (weather permitting). The customer is supplied with the air waybill number, and flight arrival time before departure.
